Everything is fairly clean and very good. The hotel rooms are immaculate and large with coffee and coffee making facilities, for example. The staff is fantastically friendly, as well as host. The property has the restaurant for lunch or an evening meal. The service is great, includes free parking. Thank you for a COMFORTABLE stay.

The room with the bath down the hall. The hotel had a comfortable location by rainforest. What's more, it was near volcano park, really at the end of road, and the best hikes.

It was a really really nice stay for one night. The hotel was set in a remote area near to restaurants and the volcano & good value. It also was in big island. Greatly enjoyed the restaurant for lunch or an evening meal.

The room was clean and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The host was pleasant and provided a good continental breakfast, including fresh fruit. The location was convenient for visiting Volcano National Park and offered a serene surrounding.
The breakfast options were limited, mainly high in carbs and lacked protein choices. It would be nice to have more variety, such as yogurt or hard-boiled eggs.
